For Sale By Owner Homes

It is true that more and more people these days are wanting to sell their homes "by owner."  There are many reasons for this.  Some sellers do not trust traditional real estate agents, perhaps from having a previous negative experience.  Others want to "save money" by not paying real estate commissions.  And some others may have only owned their home for a short time, so that the increase in value of their home during the time they have owned it is not large enough to cover the costs of selling their home in the "traditional" way.

Traditional real estate agents may be a bit hesitant to show For Sale By Owner (or FSBO) homes to buyers they are working with.

But we're happy to view those homes with you and to help you buy one!

Remember, at Buyer's Choice Realty, we are working solely and completely for you, the buyer. 

We don't have any incentives to show you one house over another.  And we won't "push" you to buy one house over another. 

FSBO homes are an ever-growing portion of the available homes on the market at any particular time, and we believe it is important for you to consider these "by owner" homes as much as any other properties meeting your needs.

After all, the most important question is whether or not the home meets your requirements.  It is much less important whether the house is listed for sale with a traditional agent or offered for sale by owner.
