Renter's Agent
Announcing a new and unique service for renters in the
River Region! Up until now, renters and people
relocating to the River Region haven't had anyone to help
them find a home or apartment to rent. It can be
very time consuming, confusing, and exhausting trying to find a
home to rent. We take the worry and stress out
of finding a house to rent!
If
your current lease is ending soon, you may not have time to call
around to property managers and apartment complexes, taking time
off of work to go see houses and apartments for rent.
And when you
find a home to rent you like, you might miss out on it because someone else rented
it before you could! Having us as your Renter's Agent
means we will do all the legwork for you as well as save you
time.
If
you are relocating to the area, you don't know the
neighborhoods and apartment complexes. It's not always
a good idea to go only by pictures you have seen on the internet
of homes and apartments for rent. And if your
relocation time is short, you may not have time to call around
property managers and apartment complexes to find a house to
rent without seeing it in person first. Having us as
your Renter's Agent means we will make the best use of
the time you have for relocating to the area and will only take
you to see houses and apartments for rent in the
neighborhoods you are interested in.
What we do for renters:
We will act as your Renter's Agent. We will locate listed and
for-rent-by-owner properties meeting your requirements in the
neighborhoods and school zones you are interested in.
Then we will take you to see these homes and apartments for
rent and will give you school and area information.
When we find a house to rent for you, we will negotiate
the lease and terms for you. We will even stay in touch
with you after you have moved in to make sure you're still happy
with your new house to rent.
How we are different: Real estate agents typically act
as property managers, working for the landlord. But we're
different! We are your Renter's Agent! We work completely for you, the renter, 100%
on your side, 100% of the time!
